It’s true as the saying goes. Accumulating points can mount up to add for some nice treats. Available from Nectar.com, the Nectar card has been going strong for several years. Although the rewards are much lower than from TopCashBack.com it is sometimes possible to accrue cashback AND Nectar points. For instance on eBay, I will receive nectar points and 1% cashback from each pound spent, just remember to link your nectar card to your eBay account! When logged on within the nectar card site or by using the app on andoid/apple it is important to check frequently to ‘load’ the offers on to your nectar card prior to purchase. These offers will often give free nectar points just for shopping, give you double or triple the usual number of points, a lump sum of nectar points for spending a sufficient amount or they will enter you into competitions to win large sums of points- if you’re lucky. Nectar points can be collected on daily purchases from BP, Sainsbury’s, Just Eat, Dulux and Sky. I have received hundreds of pounds worth of nectar points as they trickle in from everyday purchases. The points can be spent directly at Argos and Vue cinemas.
